ABC Laboratories PTY LTD is led by Duduetsang Kgware _Cert.Sci.Nat, she holds a National Diploma in Analytical Chemistry, B-Tech Chemistry (in progress) coupled with Diploma in Management of Technology, Innovation and a College certificate in Chemical Engineering.

She is registered with South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions (SACNASP) as a “Candidate Natural Scientist”.

With over 10 years of experience in the manganese mines in the region. She supervised Mamatwan mine laboratories (BHP Billiton) for a period of 4 years and later on to start-up a chemistry laboratory (instrumentation XRF lab) at United Manganese of Kalahari (UMK), as a Chief Chemist (Section Head) at the mine for a period of 4 years.

She was later-on contracted to set-up all the sampling, chemistry and instrumentation laboratories for Kudumane Manganese Resources (KMR) as a Consultant Chemist. She also over-looked crushing of material and particle sizing departments.
